Dr. Jennifer Law of Encap Drug Delivery, A Division of Capsugel, Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, United Kingdom, presented at the conference “The Science of Medicine“ held 5th – 7th September 2016 at Technology and Innovation Centre, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, results of formulation development conducted for BioKier. This work was presented as a poster and was also selected for an oral presentation. Colon-targeted sustained-release formulation developed in collaboration with Encap Drug delivery will be used in clinical trial testing effect of BKR-013 on average glucose and glucose variability in diabetes patients in Q2 2017.
